Why has my account been blocked?

Your account may be blocked due to one of the following reasons mentioned below:

a. Tester score below 50%
Our system automatically blocks testers profiles whose scores have fallen below 50%. This means that your overall responses on tests were unsatisfactory and have been flagged by researchers over time – resulting in your score falling below 50%.

b. Duplicated identity
We frequently  evaluate your profile details and activity on the platform to ensure you are in full compliance with our terms of use. If we identify that you are operating multiple accounts, we will proceed to block all accounts that could be related to such activity, as this is considered to be a direct violation of our terms of use. c. Minor
Our platform adheres to age restrictions as outlined in our terms of use and as such, access is limited to individuals under the age of 18. If you fall in this category, we encourage you to review the terms of use for more information and explore the platform once you meet the necessary age criteria.

d. Repeated attempts to upload ID documentation
If you are unsuccessful in uploading your ID documentation within 2 attempts, our system will automatically impose a block on your account. You will need to wait 24 hours before you will be able to try again.

Here are some tips you can follow when attempting to upload your ID document:

• Ensure to upload a clear and high quality image
• Ensure you’re uploading an ID document (e.g., ID card, passport, driver’s license) that is accepted on our platform 
• Confirm that the document is valid and not expired.
